What we do

In a nutshell, CRX Media is a full-service hybrid agency for drag racers and race teams. We act similar to the way an athletic representation firm or sports agency would. We negotiate funding for our team members, develop and manage their marketing campaigns and maintain a positive brand identity for those team members. We carry and manage their message through strong on and off track public relations.

Funding a race team is not as simple as asking for money from a sponsor. By keeping everything under one umbrella we ensure that our team members and their marketing partnerships are fresh and creative, extremely well managed, the partner initiatives are met, and maximum return on investment is achieved.

The Team Environment (TEAM):

At CRX, we have developed a TEAM concept, which means together, everyone achieves more! We have hand selected our ten race team members based on the type of people they are, their potential, and current and future marketability. Each team member also must have a philanthropic heart and be a part of an organization that gives back.

In this TEAM environment, we not only assist with developing the vital skills needed to be a marketable brand for their sponsors, but we have instilled a mentor-ship program, by which the more experienced team members work with the others, giving valuable insight and stressing the importance of safety and the history and lineage of the sport. At the end of the day, each of our drivers will be excellent resources for our team, our sport, the fans, and most importantly current and future marketing partners.

By having a mixture of gender and age groups, we have diversity amongst our teams, including drivers in every category of racing. Whether it be Top Fuel, Nitro Funny Car, Alcohol Dragster, Alcohol Funny Car, Pro Stock, Pro Stock Motorcycle or Super Street, we can tailor marketing programs exclusively for one driver, or across multiple teams to maximize exposure for our partner brands, and increase ROI.

With our new media capabilities, we have the opportunity to design branded campaign materials, race team apparel, websites and social media to name a few. We have the crews to shoot original photography, including video footage, interviews and behind the scenes looks with drivers and race teams. We have broadcast media relationships that can further the impressions that marketing partners desire. Each of our marketing partners receive an end of the year wrap-up with an overview of the year that was, media coverage received, photography and branded video pieces giving our partners a strong “Proof of Performance” at years end.

Why we are different:

Because we have multiple drivers in every race category, a marketing partner can execute their brand or multiple brands across different audiences and classifications. We have three extremely talented female drivers, so we can identify a market needs targeted to the female demographic, which is growing in our sport. With the other “Super Race Teams”, they live generally in one major category, Top Fuel or Nitro Funny Car and that’s it! With CRX, we have the opportunity and capability of creating a creative campaign to properly match a partners message, while maximizing their budget.

We live and play in the NHRA and we are not trying to work against them. The reality is, the NHRA is interested in increasing sponsorship sales for their events, and will try and generally place a marketing partner into a turnkey idea that’s already been done before. With us, the platform for creativity is wide open, limited only to the exclusivities of the products that have secured those rights from the NHRA, which is just the Full Throttle Energy Drink brand in the Energy Drink category.
